The C15 project consists of 18 remote sites in addition Main SCADA Control Center Dabouq Reservoir, which are connected and exchange data between each other over GPRS communication network.

The SCADA system provided with one Control Center which has a wide range of data such as water demand, available resources, water quality, energy consumption, failures, etc., stored for its further analysis. The Control Center provided overall control and monitoring for the Water supply and distribution network within its corresponding project and also provided a safe and remote access for the retrieval of information by the Greater Amman SCADA Project.
